How It Works

Selling damaged or returned hardware shouldn't take up your time or tie up your capital. Our process is built to get inventory off your hands quickly, with payment secured before you ship and no cost or risk on your end.

Email us a list of the returned, defective, or damaged components you want to move, including motherboards, processors, and graphics cards. Include quantities, models, and any known condition details. A simple spreadsheet or inventory export works fine.

Step 1 — Send Your Manifest

We review your manifest and send back a clear, itemized offer based on the condition and market value of your inventory. There are no hidden fees or deductions, and you decide whether to accept.

Step 2 — Receive a Detailed Offer

Once you accept, we send full payment before anything ships. Smaller sellers often prefer PayPal Goods & Services invoices, while larger accounts can choose the payment method that fits their accounting process.

Step 3 — Get Paid Upfront

We provide and cover the cost of all shipping labels, so you only need to pack and send. Because you're paid upfront, RM Tech takes on the handling and shipping risk from that point forward. That leaves you free to focus on sourcing, listing, and selling the inventory that drives your business.
