About RM Tech, LLC

Established in 2020, RM Tech began in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as the world was forced to move online. Work, school, and everyday life shifted to the screen almost overnight, but a large part of our community didn't have the computers to keep up. We started repairing and refurbishing hardware to help close that gap, putting reliable, affordable equipment in the hands of local families.

Since then, we've built more than 30 computers for our community, many of them given away at local charity events. As we grew, our local reach expanded statewide, and today RM Tech works with customers across the country, helping restore damaged computer components and offer them at discounted rates to those who need them the most.

Our business is still built on the same idea: giving secondhand hardware a second life. We work with Newegg, Amazon, and Walmart sellers and distributors across the country, buying their damaged and returned components, repairing them in-house, and offering them to our local community. Our services are available nationwide, with full payment upfront and prepaid shipping labels, so we take on the risk wherever you're located.

Our clients value RM Tech for the same reasons we built the process this way: it's simple, it's reliable, and it removes the usual friction of selling damaged or returned inventory. They know what to expect, from a clear offer to payment before shipment, and they know we'll communicate promptly and follow through. For sellers who would rather spend their time growing their business than managing returns, that dependability is what keeps them working with us.
